The French Riviera and Cannes are awash with celebrities and the gliteratti of the film industry as the 68th Edition of the Cannes Film Festival is in full swing. It has been a wonderful advert for the city and the region as attendees and tourists have basked in the Mediterranean sunshine. 

Parties galore are running late into the night and countless deals are being done under the shade of the palm trees, that will shape the movie world for the next twelve months. As with every Cannes Festival there have been moments of controversy but despite Heelgate, the jury headed by the Cohen brothers have witnessed some magical pieces of cinema and must now deliberate on who will win the coveted Palm D'Or.
