Following the overwhelming success of our first 3-bedroom apartment at 17 Rue Meynadier, we have recently purchased an identical apartment in the same building, one floor below the first apartment. The apartment enjoys all the same benefits of Rue Meynadier - a quiet pedestrian street in the very centre of Cannes, just a 2-3 minutes walk to the Palais de Festival and 4 minutes to the beach. It has shops, bakers, restaurants and a supermarket all within 50m. The apartment has been entirely renovated to a modern, stylish standard. It is fully air-conditioned with cable TV, wireless internet access, DVD player and printing facilities. The apartment has a 10m2 south-facing balcony. The apartment sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms - two of these can be set up as twin or doubles, the third a double bed. The third bedroom also enjoys an en-suite shower and sink. There is also a fully equipped bathroom and another toilet with sink - combined with the en-suite shower and sink this gives effectively 2 bathrooms. There is also a sofa bed which can accommodate a 7th person but this is only recommended for shorter periods.

We are now in the rather unique position of being able to offer 6-bedroom accommodation just 2-3 minutes walk from the Palais de Festival - perfect for larger companies coming to Cannes for conferences.
